Demi Takes The Plunge!: Demi Lovato rocked a bold look last night at the 12th Annual Latin Grammy Awards in Las Vegas, with a plunging neckline that Jennifer Lopez would be proud of! (How can anyone forget J.Lo’s now iconic Versace gown from the 2000 Grammy Awards?!) Demi, who performed with singer Pablo Alboran during Thursday’s show, only had one award show snafu. “Bummed that my red hair didn’t stay very well,” Demi Tweeted last night. We would like to wish a very very happy birthday to one of our favorite Disney actresses and singers, Demi Lovato. Time flies and we remember the first time we saw her on the original Camp Rock movie. As soon as she started singing in that movie we were hooked as fans.  It is hard to believe she is 19 years old today. She grew up so fast just like a SkyScraper.
