Was Demi Upset That She Didn’t Get To Kiss Joe Jonas?

According to the August 2008 Issue of J-14, Demi Lovato wasn’t upset about not getting to kiss Joe Jonas in Camp Rock.
“Little girls watch TV shows that show them what their love lives should be, or who their friends should be,” Lovato explains. “I think now people are getting the idea that you have to kiss, but not when you’re a role model on the Disney Channel. I love that about High School Musical. Some people are like, ‘They should have kissed!’ And I’m like, ‘Why?’”
I agree with her. Why should they kiss? Not every show or movie has to have that in the script. It is an honor to be part of the Disney family, and the actors and actresses from Disney know that they are role models.
